We accept all PPO insurance plans and are happy to contact your plan provider to determine your coverage and any out-of-pocket expenses. It is our goal to help all our patients understand all of your financial options so that you can receive necessary dental treatment. Promenade Dental Savings Plan
For our patients without insurance, we are excited to offer our Promenade Dental Savings Plan.Your entire family is eligible to enroll. The plan includes 2 cleanings, 2 routine exams, annual x-rays and 15% savings on all restorative and cosmetic services for an annual enrollment fee of $395.
